Spartan victory in the Battle of Megalopolis

Unless they utterly win the day, all you have accomplished is slowing down the invasion. Sparta simply does not have the numbers to offer sustained resistance.
 
Considering how it was the Macedonians who brought Greek allies, Sparta's relative diplomatic isolation and their reliance on Persian money, I think you need a POD earlier thus doing away both the campaign and battle.

Pretty much impossible. Sparta was heavily outnumbered, and after experiencing Sparta’s incredibly harsh hegemony in the first quarter of the fourth century, no Greek city would remotely consider her the leader of any revolt.
