Spanish Inquisition causes Jewish and/or Muslim majority in colonies?

This has probably been done before, but I was wondering this for a little bit.

The Inqusition did force some conversos to leave for the New World, so I wondered, would it be possible that instead of killing most of them, Spain just exiled them to colonies, such as Hispaniola or somewhere similar? And from that, would it be possible for the Conversos to be the majority and overthrowing the Viceroyalty in the area and make their own state? Thoughts anyone? Personally, I think it could work, the conversos making their own government would be hard however, IMO.

Hmm, the one place that in the Spanish American Empire could probably exile them to would be one that was far away from the centre of action, so as to not cause any disturbances, and hence would essentially be an *Australian-style penal colony.

Hmm, Buenos Aires, anyone? :D

Short Answer : No

Long Answer : No.

Why?
Because
1) Colonies = Wealth. Do the Spanish Crown really want to allow people they considered (in the case of moriscos, it's not really entierly wrong) being hostile to spanish interests and particularly encline to make the yummy flux of gold being "diverted", even a little, from the royal treasury?

2)Colonies = Instability. It would be the first time that an imperial power would let hostiles or judged so elements settle margins lands where they can harm the said imperial possessions at term.

3)Colonies = Land. Even if it was allowed, how long do you think that these settlers could last against colonial and great domains's owners interests? Not talking of course of the little landowners (or wannabe) that could be easily led against with "Do you see the nerve of THESE people to settle YOUR land?".

4)Colonies = Slaves. It would take maybe 10 years before that colonists agree that picking some jews or muslims if Indians are dying in mines would be easier than going in Africa.

Since we are talking about Muslims, actually, there were still Muslims in the Northern part of the Philippines in the 18th century they were converted to Christianity in the late 18th century, (I just think the Bolkiah house might be using them as plants in order to retake their dominions in the Philippines but all of their attempts to gain back their dominions failed), it is just that the official history of the Philippines don't talk about them
