Spanish Civil War without Condor Legion?

What is the Nazi German Luftwaffe had not supported General Franco's fascist forces during the Spanish Civil War?
During initial battles, Franco would have been short the 2,500 troops of the Army of Africa. OTL those troops flew from Morrocco in (Condor Legion) Junkers 52 transport planes. By 11 October, he would still be short the 13,500 total troops and much or the artillery from Africa.
Without the Condor Legion, the Luftwaffe would have been slower to realize the differences between Heinkel 51, He 112 and Messerschmitt 109 fighters.

The Luftwaffe would have ben slower to develop dive-bombing (Henschel 123)techniques and terror bombing techniques (Junkers 52, Dornier 17 and Heinkel 111.)

Even if we only delete the transport airplanes, how would Franco's fascist forces have fared in the opening battles of the Civil War?

Italian aircraft gave cover for transport ships carried four thousand troops and heavier equipment, like artillery and ammunition.

Franco asked the Italians first for transport aircraft, but the Germans delivered faster

Didn't Molders work out much of the "finger four" tactical pattern in Spain?

Yes.
The Luftwaffe learned a lot during the Spanish Civil War.

Fortunately they learned that 1920s vintage Junkers tri-motors were "good enough" to transport troops.
A tougher Spanish Civil War might have forced them to develop better transport airplanes, better gliders and better para-troopers.
