Spanish Armada succeeds

Yes, but how difficult would it be to convince him to embrace the Catholic church if he is promised the throne of England.

In alternative, Phillip II could claim the English throne himself. His claim was technically stronger than any member of the House of Tudor. The Spanish royal family traced their descent to John of Gaunt, Duke of Lancaster via his daughter Princess Isabella of Portugal. Therefore both the Spanish and Portugese royal houses sprung from senior lines as compared to Henry Tudor.

This is incorrect.
Henry VIII is a direct descendant of Lionel Duke Of Clarence via his mother,
you are confusing the Yorkist line with the line of Edmund Duke of York
http://www.royal.gov.uk/files/pdf/plantage.pdf
explains most of it
it is clear that Elizabeth of York represents the senior line of descent from Edward III,
so therefore do Henry VIII and his offspring

Well, Phillip could also play with the illegal origin of Henry -the Beaufort line-, even if the line was recognized by Richard II.

sorry, "illegal"?

The first Beauforts weren't legal sons.

Summing up (from http://www.tudorplace.com.ar/aboutHenryVII.htm)

Henry Tudor was the son of Edmund Tudor and Margaret Beaufort. The very fact that Henry Tudor became King of England at all is somewhat of a miracle. His claim to the English throne was tenuous at best. His father was a Welshman of Welsh royal lineage, but that was not too important as far as his claim to the English throne went. What was important though was his heritage through his mother, a descendant of Edward III. This descent from King Edward was through his third son, John of Gaunt. John's third wife, Catherine Swynford had born him several children as his mistress before he married her. The children born before the marriage were later legitmized, but barred from the succession. Margaret Beaufort was descended from one of the children born before the marriage of John and Catherine.

Henry VII made it very clear that he was claiming the throne on his own right and not as his wife’s “gentleman usher”. The York marriage was seen as a method of uniting the Yorkist factions. Given Elizabeth’s dubious legality and her Protestantism, Phillip could possibly be seen as the nearest Catholic claimant to the British throne.

if Philip ii gets the english trone, ?would he move to london to keep an eye on the english or will he stay in Madrid? ?what do you thik?

Phillip never liked England much, so he would be unlikely to stay on. In all probability, England would be under a Spanish Viceroy (perhaps one of the Infante's) aided by a council of loyal Catholics.

Would this influence France's religios wars at all? Is it possible that with England under his belt, Phillip might make things so tough for France through Habsburg encirclement and forcing the papacy to take a hardline against Fracne that the French kings might be more tolerant of the protestants and maybe convert?

France would be divided between an Huguenot and a Catholic states. Philip would react on finding he was going to have a "heretic" kingdom by the Spanish border. Maybe we could have an earlier Thirty Years War fought in France.

without Elizabeth and the ruling protestant England, would the protestant powers be able to defy this mighty Catholic Anglo-Spanish Power? I doubt it.

What were the protestant powers of note? Scandanavia and the German states. How powerful was Sweden at this time. Did Scandanavia even come into conflict with the Hapsburg-Spain alliance.

Also how were the protestant german states reconciled to the Holy Roman Empire
