Spain loses the Canary Islands / African cities - what would they look like?

Let's say for the sake of argument, that Spain ends up on the losing side of WW2, and Germany and the UK are on the winning side, and the war was comparable to OTL WW2. Spain loses its African exclaves and Canary Islands, and their islands' populations are returned to Spain, replaced with British or German citizens.

What would the Canary Islands look like under British control to this day, populated by British citizens? German control?

And the African cities?

And the same question to Portugal. They lose, and are forced to cede the Azores and Madeira to the Allies. What would those be like under full British or German control?

How's the living standard on those islands? How tied to their mother countries are they? What would life be like on those islands?

Hard to say.
A WWII where both UK AND Germany are on the winning side AND are willing to expel a significant Iberian population from conquered land is so different from OTL that a bloody lot of things are deeply changed.
Is this Germany a Nazi one?
What are the winners planning to do with these conquests and why? What kind of colonists are sent there and why? In what numbers?
What's the economy of this world like? Is tourism more economically important that fishing, for example?
