Spacewank TL's?

I made one in the ASB forum where the driving force behind faster space exploration was the discovery of an abandoned alien complex on the far side of the moon. Its main goal was to have cold war espionage shenanigans (more tinker tailor than james bond) take place in orbit; so I put its title as SIS: Spies In Space.

Highlights include a spacefaring India which gets a man on the moon in 1995, a Republic of Iran with a man in space in 2009 (whose rockets are of questionable safety), a mildly resurgent Britain, and a Vietnam that's wealthy enough to be *just* shy of first-world status.

Could say Japan consider advancing its space program. Maybe growing environmental disasters could act as motivation to resettle the population. Other nations aren't willing to accept enough refugees and its either floating cities or space?

I might care to have a look at that.

I recently did a fetish storyline when an Apollo mission finds an alien complex on the moon as well, but I didn't do as interesting stuff as you.

There's the one truth is life and I have been working on, Eyes Turned Skyward. See the link in my sig. It's on haitus for a few months while we work on part 2, but it's complete 1968-1982.

I'm developing one right here where the saving of the Europa LV keeps Britain in the space programme - and by extension, a part of the ESA. The extra resources allowing ESA to go much further than IOTL, and sees NASA being pushed - and resourced - more to stay well ahead.

Link is also in my sig.
