Soviet Victory: Official Thread

Are Burgies (Americaboos similar to OTL tankies) a fringe in the areas dominated by the USSR with most rightists being against the American form or is there any serious movement to restore Liberal Democracy?

The USSR actually democratized somewhat, Gorbachev's reforms took hold. There has been some instability, notably the '92 Uprising and the Ukraynian Protests in '08, but life has actually gotten much better for the soviet citizen.

Liberal Social Democracies exist in Europe outside of the immediate Soviet Block, examples include Flanders, The Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, and East Austria.
France, Italy, and Catalonia are Ancelian, a socialist system of government founded by Jean-Noël Chauveau-Ancel, a leader in the '82 Parisian Uprisings. Essentially, the government is formed by representatives of Worker's Unions.

I'm curious to know what's going on with Niger and Mali

After the brutality of the Nigerese Genocide, the State of Azawad was able to invade and "restore order" and "have retributions from the Tuaregs killed."
In '92, the remaining Hausa not already forced out of their homes by the other angry ethnicities were able to establish a state around Niamey and the Niger River. In '94, that regime was toppled to the (somewhat) democratic Republic of Niamey.
