He is a figurehead monarch for Srpska, and claims dominion over Serbia. He functions similar to the british queen, not really having any power but still a popular figure

Kathryn Chase was a USMUSA Protestor during the Columbus Protests. She was one of the few members of the USMUSA Protesting Group that managed to survive the attack on the Columbus State House on 1/11. As she climbed out of the rubble, she told a reporter this infamous quote, before attacking the military police members outside the rubble. She died shortly after, and she was made a National Hero by the USSA, and her remains were buried next to the other protestors at the Columbus Memorial Cemetery for The Martyrs of Revolution.
