What happened in Israel to make it, relatively speaking at least, less developed than its OTL counterpart?

It's much more authoritarian and nationalist, and has WILLINGLY MOVING MUSLIMS TO EGYPT THEY DID THIS WILLINGLY, so it isn't as focused on development.

Just a thought: northern Idaho (the panhandle) would probably be its own thing, it has an absolutely absurdly high concentration of anti govt. militias, weird clerical fascist compounds/settlements, and escaped high profile criminals. Either it would be just anarchy, or at least partially controlled by some kind of far-right authority.

The short-lived "Cairo War" was deadly. Starting with the January 16th Bombing which claimed 428 Civilian Lives, the attack prompted Israeli Bombers to retaliate. Israel issued a command to bomb Cairo, and on January 17th, 1992, Israeli Bombers were sighted over Cairo, escorted by Fighter Jets. They bombed Cairo with ruthless efficiency and claimed many lives. An emergency summit was called between the two nations. They would sign a white peace, vowing to cease military advancements.

Is there some sort of economic or military organization between the American successor states?

Also, what are the most powerful American successor states?

    All words are plural.

Correct writing - Рабочий Свободный Фронт (to be honest, it doesn’t sound, like it might be better — Workers Democratic Front, or Workers Liberation Front, Or Free Workers Front)

There is! The Organization of North America (name probably will be changed) is a Schengen Area type organization between them, allowing free travel between them, and a united currency between some members.
