Yes, the USSR, which tried to wring military utility out of EVERYTHING (including thought projection), invented a method of avoiding radar and didn't realize the military utility of it.

Please.

Oh god, that video is soo biased and incorrect at times. Is it done by some Russian equivalent of The Daily Mail?

I honestly CBA to google if the claims are correct, but they well could be. If so, the idea was simply ahead of its time. No one could have made a "geometry provided stealth" aircraft fly in '60es.

But still loling at all Gorby bashing.

Recently I saw a documentary about stealth technology saying that is in fact a Russian invention if the USSR had reliazed the value of STEALTH? How a soviet stealh plane would look like? Post drawings if you can. And what the impact?

I'm sure the Reds knew the military utility of stealth tech. The problem was they lacked the computer muscle to really take advantage of it. Now if you could close the computer gap between the west and the USSR, then you could probably see earlier Russia stealth aircraft.

Now be kind, fellows.

After all, nova is the well informed member who write this:

Recently i saw a documentary on TV saying that nowdays more than half of those who fighting on Iraq are former members of crimical gags or right-wing extremists. Keep in mind that unlike Vietnam Iraq is a flat and very urbanized country (only 20% live in countryside). So streat fighting is something that the US soldiers are familiar with (what the difference for them if are fighting in the streats of LA or Baghdad)

Thanks to his post, I now knew that the Crips and Bloods provide tactical training.
