Soviet Bloc/Communist Exclaves?

Obviously OTL we have the West/East Berlin split for an example of a Capitalist exclave, and from time to time the concept of a West/East Vienna crops up as well. But what changes could result in an example of a Communist exclave in the "first world"?

What comes to mind for me is a worse Soviet performance/better Anglo-American performance on the Western Front which means that the Soviets don't get to occupy Germany at all, but that seems fairly unlikely without both sides being much more hostile, and then why would they allow the Soviets any part of Germany? Another option would be a divided Japan following Operation Downfall. Alternatively, a more successful USSR could result in the Allies deciding that a brand new, non-Berlin capital would be best, and we get West/East Frankfurt or something.

Also, what would the exclave look like? The world's biggest and most visible Potemkin village? That's what seems to be the most logical to me.

The USSR could insist on occupying part of Helsinki, since Finland was a belligerent against it. As well as part of Finland--maybe up to East Helsinki.
Or Russia manages to mount an invasion of Japan before Japan surrenders and gets to occupy Hokkaido and part of Tokyo.
Or the USSR occupies part of Denmark at the end of WWII. The Allies actually had to send troops into Denmark in April 1945 to keep that from happening. Maybe the USSR gets Jutland up to Aalborg and the Allies insular, Denmark.
The USSR had an enclave in Vienna and occupation of part of Austria until 1956. They gave it up in return for a guarantee of Austrian neutrality.

The USSR did have en exclave in Finland, Porkkala, 25 km from Helsinki:

Helsinki itself was geographically a too small town at the time that it would have made a sense to occupy parts of it. Here's a map from 1940. As can be seen here, the city wasn't much wider than 3km.
