This alternate history map shows the Second Vietnam War lasted from December 1978-April 1979 resulting the UN Security Council sending the UN Forces intervention at fragmented South Vietnam almost collapsing the Republic of Vietnam regime at capital Can Tho.

During the Fall of Saigon (April 26-30), the Republic of Vietnam government suffered a drastic fragmented military command in the III Corps (Saigon) except the Mekong Delta (IV Corps).
