WI: South Korea and North Korea Partitioned to divide at 38.5° North

After World War II at Asia, in OTL, the United States and Soviet Union decided to have Korean Peninsula divided at the 38th parallel whereas small region of Haeju and small city of Kaesong barely under US occupation of South Korea.

But what if the border divided at 38.5° North? In 1945, the United States and Soviet Union decided to drew up divided Korean Peninsula at 38.5° North from west to east shortly after the Empire of Japan announced unconditional surrendered to the Allies. This would give almost parity equal half of both North and South Korea. In the reminder lessons between North and South Korea, the new North Korea nation was occupied and backed by the Soviet Union socialist system; the new South Korean nation was occupied and backed by the pro-West United States democratic system. With the Korean Peninsula divided at 38.5° North border line, there wouldn’t be city of Sariwon, SK since Sariwon would most likely divided at DMZ border zone. South Korea’s territory would be much larger compared to OTL south of 38th parallel before Korean War. This could be legendary story overall in South Korea.

Until the Korean War, South Korea was supported by US in favorable anti-communist, rightists elements, and free expressions about Korea. South Korea could see the massive improvement on distribution the further protections of private properties to live there.

Chinese Civil War and the Intensify rise of the Korean War
-After Chinese Civil War resulted the Communists victory and the Nationalists government retreated to island of Taiwan (known as "Free China"), the Soviet Union wanted the PRC to become the membership of the UN Security Council. There was a complicated situation on the term "one-China policy" whereas only one China nation retain as the UN Security Council. When the UN Resolution about expelled the Nationalists China UN Security Council Seat turned down, the Soviet representatives of the United Nations immediately boycott the further meetings in early 1950 replied the United States antagonized the displeasure blockade of the real legitimate communist China representative of Security Council. This would determined the reaction of the North Korean Army buildup at the north of the 38.5 Degrees North on the pretext of the border invasion around late spring 1950. Several US Army troops, who were much older middle age, progressed the major monitor of the North Korea border on potentially intensify conflict on enemy full-blown offensive combat.

In your opinion, would there be the real onset of the start of the Korean War in 1950 whereas both countries have different ideological governments and economies on the claim of Korea?
