Sounds Great: Radio remains the dominant media in the UK

Might be ASB but I'll put it in this forum.

How could it be possible for radio to be more popular that TV in 2017?

Two options:

1. TV stations don't broadcast 24 hours a day, reduced/no breakfast service. Schools programmes between 9 am and 12 Pm then closed until early evening

2.All housed equipped with FM/AM/DAB aerial sockets

One consideration you might have is not opening up to satellite broadcasting. If you are limited to terrestrial broadcasting along with a wider discrepancy in the licence fee, perhaps 8 or 10 times that of radio, then you might see radio remaining the dominant media outlet.
