Some prototype of a crapsack 19th century .

First of all I beg your pardon due the grammar errors, I'm at my cellphone at the moment.

Everything began when I readed the lore of a Hoi iv mod called the new order, with the Nazis winning WWII and screwing everything on the post war, until they get close to collapse. I already had some ideas of Napoleonic victory scenarios, but that mod gave me some creativity for this idea:

Basically, Napoleon realizes that a invasion of Russia is not really worth it (this scenario is not ultra realistic, but it cannot be asb). He forces the rest of his bloc to keep the blockade, and then Austria and Russia are bribed by the UK to join another coalition, of which they are decisively defeated again, and Napoleon breaks the Habsburg empire into minor countries on the aftermath, while the Russians are not so hardly punished. On the following years the British are pushed out of Iberia, but the anti napoleonic resistance keeps draining the French manpower while more and more of Spain and Portugal gets destroyed in the process. The war continues until the early 1820s, but as Napoleon dies in 1826 and Napoleon II is crowned, the empire begins to crumble, the British that had occupied Córsega and Sicily invade Italy and south France while massive rebellions and the Russian reentry in the war results on the collapse of the empire, while Iberia breaks free.

This does not end the troubles, just reinforces it. After over ten years of occupation spain is even more ruined than otl, while Catalunya became a hot stronghold of separatists, and the Spanish state is too weak to reassert control alone. The economy of France is ruined while the country is filled with unemployed former soldiers, the holy Roman empire not only could not be restored, but ten more years of French occupation and colaboration completely crushed any sense of unity, with the Rhine refusing to abandon the napoleonic system. Wallonia, Savoy and nice have been under French control for so long that the local population begins to arm themselves on anti Dutch and Sardegna partisan groups, with the objective of reuniting with france. Austria was allowed on the post war to reunite all their pre war kingdoms, but they suffer from the same collapse as Spain as the local ethnicity groups went nationalistic and the Austrian economy is ruined, with only the sudets and the core Austrian land being somewhat pacifies. The only true winner of the war was Russia that didn't had their main city burned, but even then are suffering with the collapse of the continental European economies, and the uk annexed Córsega on the post war.

What do you think? What can be improved or discarded?

Why would the empire crumble at the beginning of Napoleon II's reign?
If anything, the accession of a less politically greedy emperor, at first with an even more competent regency (perhaps led by Talleyrand or Eugene de Beauharnais), could actually preserve the French Empire.

Well, maybe after years of continued warfare against a way more agressive british empire, combined with a not so effective Emperor could led to the collapse. The French Empire had a very large conscription system, keeping that while holding Spain occupied isn't really healthy, and after so much time at war the multinies could begin while the morale crumbles.

Could the death of Napoleon trigger a "To the strongest" situation? There were quite a few kingdoms and principalities ruled by Marshals who might come to separate understandings with the victorious powers and with each other.

Napoleon II died of Pneumonia and died incredibly young. Maybe Napoleon I was getting more and more strained and stressed with the war effort on the mid 20s and brought this son to fight somewhere, Nappie I get's sick and dies and While Nap II get's crowned, he becomes sick with Pneumonia and is unable to properly rule, while as you suggested, the marshals fight for the regency.
