As always, knowing somebody personal and that guy having money often overcome prejudices...
You're of course right that antisemitism is widespread, but given that both quotes come from after WWI and from a man that is well known to speak fast and think later, let's assume that he just shares the prejudices of a typical Prussian junker. Which still means that he won't like immigration of thousands of "Ostjuden" - but the Oppenheims, Ballin or Rathenau wouldn't either...
If one uses Ludendorff book and his actions as the typical Prussian officer, one comes up with a social ranking near to this one:
1) Prussian nobility.
2) Prussian officers
3) Other German officers
4) Prussian enlisted.
5) Other Germans. Germanized Jews would fall in here.
6) Big Gap - Austrians and other Allies. Easy to fall out of this category.
7) Another big Gap. OstJews.
8) Baltic peoples.
9) Another Huge Gap - Poles and Eastern Slavs.
So yes, the Prussians Officers look down on most people. IMO, in a win, the bigger issue would be Jews that did not become Germanized as opposed to just Jews. Jews that refuse to adopt "enough" German culture would face a slow decline down the social strata of German.
