Sino-Soviet war impact on Soviet Proxies

North Vietnam would suffer a massive loss in supplies delivered by the Chinese and Soviets, if were taking the war happening around 1969ish, the North Vietnamese might ask for peace sooner so a shorter Vietnam War, not to mention a surge of Chinese refugees could wreck its economy as it would have to find places to take them in.

Elsewhere, honestly the Eastern Bloc might send volunteer units to fight in China if it drags on, but given the geographic distance there presence might be extremely minimal.

Cuba would certainly see a drop in supplies if the majority of Soviet goods are being sent to the Chinese inferno, Cuba would probably experience a drop in the economy, however other Eastern Bloc states might keep it together.

North Korea might end up collapsing in a Sino-Soviet War, given the Chinese might see it as another way to invade Russia and pro-chinese and pro-soviet groups will fight for influence, were also not getting into radioactive fallout that'll hit the country once nukes are flown by both sides.

A Sino-Soviet War might see a quicker collapse of the Soviet Union and the Cold War, the Soviets just now destroyed one of the largest states on Earth and expunged a lot of lives and money, and now have to deal with a fractured environmentally destroyed nation while also becoming a pariah globally for their use of nuclear weapons.
