Siblings for Napoléon II?

Obviously, he had three uterine half-siblings from his mother's relationship with Neipperg. But I was wondering about the possibility of full siblings? Between his birth in March 1811 and June 1812 is enough time for the empress to fall pregnant again. I know Napoléon would rather have had no further children rather than see her suffer so again, but his dynasty is still alarmingly parvenu by Europe's trade circle of kings' standards. Maybe, he decides that at least a spare is necessary (maybe he can get two, one in 1812, and a child born either post-Elba or post-Waterloo).

What does everyone think?

Would a second child kill Marie Louise, Duchess of Parma?

It could happen accidentally, but their is no sure way to tell if the next child, would be a boy and if he will live long enough to produce an issue, similar to Napoleon II.

Well, a daughter for Napoléon - Marie Laetitie Louise - could prove interesting. But another son could help make the Imperial succession more secure. Pity that that would displace Eugène (since he would inherit nothing in said scenario), though, since the kingdom of Italy was designated for Napoléon's second son . Maybe a daughter would be best...

Well, considering ML went on to bear three more children "in secret" with Neipperg, I think she should be good with bearing Napoléon at least one other child.

Whether this would be a boy or a girl, I would say that: given the Bonaparte tendency to father females (Joseph, Lucien's first marriage, Elisa) alongside ML's OTL pregnancies, I think a girl might be best.

Then she can either be married off to a foreign prince? Who, IDK. Or the original plan that if the king of Rome were born female, she would marry one of Louis' sons. Maybe Jerome's or Lucien's would be more compatible age-wise?

Out of curiosity, AFAIR Napoléon ordered the accoucheur to save the mother and not the child when asked about the weak condition of the empress. His words were "she must be saved". So, would there be another chance for an alt-king of Rome, or would Napoléon still fall with no heir?
