Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, 1920-1971

Mujibur Rahman was arrested following the 1970 Pakistani elections and it was considered by some generals and politicians that he should be executed after Pakistan's defeat in 1971. However, Bhutto stepped in and stopped it, as Bhutto believed that there was still a chance for Pakistan to remain united. But let's say that Bhutto does not intervene or the army does not listen to Bhutto and Mujibur Rahman is executed anyways. How does this effect Bangladeshi politics? How does the world react, and how are Pakistani-Bangladeshi relations impacted by this?

Unfortunately, I'm not educated enough about this to comment on this part.

How does the world react,

With shock, presumably.

However, Pakistan's allies might nevertheless try turning a blind eye to this.

and how are Pakistani-Bangladeshi relations impacted by this?

They are made worse--indeed, probably much worse--than they were in our TL.
