Several Iranian speaking countries in Eastern Europe

IOTL, the Polish nobility believed themselves to be descended from Iranic speaking Sarmatians. Also, there is a somehwat popular belief that Croats and Serbs have Iranic origins. While there is no doubt that Slavic and Iranic speakers interacted extensively, what these beliefs likely show is an Iranic elite dominance over some Slavic ethnic dominance. But, what if there was an actual language and cultural shift? Is this likely to signficantly change European history or would Iranic speakers just be another linguistic group in Europe?

Honestly the best way to get a Iranian people to get a state in Eastern Europe (beside Ossetia) would be to replace the Magyars with a group of Ossetians. It would pretty much keep European history the same except that outside butterfly.

Alanian Kingdom establishes itself permanently. Maybe even a Gothic-Mann Alanian Kingdom.

This is not a tall order at all. It's really kind of a quirk of history that Common Slavic became the lingua franca of Eastern Europe, considering that Slavic languages were originally restricted to a relatively small group of tribes on the Dnieper. You could really do this with just about any POD in Late Antiquity, I think.
