Seven Years War: Peter III's Greatest Prussophilia Indulgence

In OTL, Russia sided with France and Austria against England and Prussia. That was only because of Elizabeth of Russia was the ruler at that time and Peter III hasn't become Tsar yet. However, when Elizabeth died and Peter III took Russia out of the 7YW, the balance of power changed. He was assassinated in the end by conspirators loyal to his wife, Catherine the Great.

But, what if Elizabeth died early before the 7YW broke out and Peter III became Tsar? Would he be able to indulge in his Prussophilia by siding with Frederick the Great? Can Russia and Prussia survive the 7YW as allies, along with England? How would history be affected by this sudden change?

As with every alliance in the 18th century I'd expect it to last for two to three decades at most.

The end of the OTL 7YW meant that Britain got too powerful that even its ally Prussia was cool toward it.

So for this ATL, Prussia and Russia would back away from Britain. I guess they've got some small incentive to help the American colonist rebels in the ARW if that broke out.

Also, Russia on the same side as Prussia in the alt-7YW means Britain has far more leeway with fighting France - the cession of New France was possible through Frederick the Lucky.

Strategically, Russia, Prussia and Britain could surround Sweden from all sides. Prussia and Russia could also surround Austria, choking it to submission.

I'm still trying to work on an improved timeline for my Russia-gets-the-Philippines thread, but I'm having trouble with that though.

Of course, this is based on the assumption that the Ottoman Empire doesn't get involved. If it does, then so much for encirclement of Austria.
