Serbs win the Bosnian War

What if the Serb breakaway forces were able to successfully unify with Yugoslavia in the Bosnian War? What would be required to make this possible? What would be the impact on the region and the world?

It would probably mean ethnic cleansing of several minorities and oppression of all minorities that weren't ethnicaly cleansed. I suspect that the next target of Yugoslavia would be the Serbian parts of Croatia. In general, it would not be pretty.

Would the United Nations or NATO allow thus ? How would Islamic Nations react ? What would Russia say ?

Demands some changes, though by simply carving out Republika Srpska we won. On the other hand, the Croats are now realizing they got served a big, greasy turd, which basically guarantees that there's gonna be a redux at some point

Now the changes that need to be made to win are rather difficult - because the culture simply was idiotic at the time. Actually competent men were willingly blind and anti-war despite both Bosniak and Croat elites basically trying to provoke one at every possible turn (this mental virus still isn't fully purged from Serbian society). This requires some sort of POD probably going all the way back to WW2 and a change in CPY leadership, and because of that it's easier to at that point to just make the monarchists win, but preferably not have the monarchy actually return.

However, let's not look at how and look at what would ensue.

A total victory in Bosnia basically means that Croatia gets eviscerated as well, because at that point there's obviously no stopping anywhere. Serbia big, Serbia strong. Serbia also victim of unfathomable ire of Five Eyes (and therefore NATO and EU) nations, with foreign-funded fifth-columnists basically spawning faster than they can be imprisoned. Calls for a Morgenthau plan tier scheme are probably hourly. However, by present day nobody but Croatia and Albania would care. Serbia becomes something like a Belarus. Good in the long run, anyways.

Turkey and other Islamic nations might be very concerned. Also the question ist where a Serbian ultra Nationalist policy stops. The Kosovo issue ist still there. Also the multiethnic Vojvodina with Hungarians exist aswell. Crackdowns on the autonomy of these regions happened already in 1988.

You mean they take the whole of Bosnia or just Republika Srpska? If they take the entirety of Bosnia the Bosniaks are shit out of luck and with how Milosevic handled PR, NATO would probably get involved anyway...if they just insist on RS then Serbia would be left out in the cold but it'd survive until Kosovo eventually flared up.
A successful Serbia in Bosnia means more support for the nationalist platform, after all they beat the odds, and would again come to the forein a future Kosovo conflict.

The impact would vary depending on where you lived: Horror in the Western States, Moscow standing alongside the now curbed Serbian ambition, and more fuel for extremists in Afghanistan and the MENA.

Have Tito get nuclear weapons. During the civil war all sides agree not to use nukes on each other whatever happens, but it stops NATO interfering.
