Greece, of course, would want it's Aegean (and Ionian) islands back too. But it is my understanding that there were ethnic Greeks living in Cyrenaica--which is directly across the Mediterranean from Peleponesus, a distance of about 200 miles. Italy, of course could still get Tripolitania (and if Greece works out a deal with Italy--maybe even with Garibaldi in the 1860s, Italy can have Tunis as well, up until 1881, which is when France grabs Constantine. And the British would feel a lot less threatened by Greece getting Cyrenaica than, say, the French. Why would Greece get Cyrenica when half of its population pre-Balkan War era are still under Turkish rule? And wouldn't Italy have a stronger claim to Cyrenica than Greece?
