Second US Civil War

Real History: In the Silver-Gold debate of 1890's (which is long AFTER the US Civil War, and the foundation of the KKK), the party platforms switched. The Democrats before 1896 were conservative, but after 1896 were (mostly) liberal. The Republicans before 1896 were liberal, but after the failure of the debate they became (mostly) conservative.
New History:
What if the Silver-Gold Debate breaks out into a second Civil War? How would the country divide? Who would win?

Ignoring the sheer unlikelihood of it happening (because that's no fun)...

It'll most likely be a mostly urban vs. rural (or industrial vs. agricultural) war, and the industrialists will drown the opposition in a flood of production and hordes of immigrants conscripts. Kinda like how they how they won the elections at the time (when factor owners would literally tell their workers who to vote for, threatening their jobs if they don't toe the line). The only thing the rural faction can hope for is for some kind of massive worker strike/uprising on the industrialist side, but then it's not like the industrialists wouldn't simply just use one half of the workers (and their hired armies private detectives from the Pinkerton Agency) to put down the other half, much like OTL.

It'll be less of a civil war and more of a brutal crackdown, a [more] violent display of the ascension of industry as the head of the American economy.
