Richard de la Pole (nephew of Richard III) was set to invade with a bunch of German mercenaries in 1514, but was stymied by the conclusion of peace. I'm not sure how successful he'd be- this was before the conversion and before Henry went off the deep end. There may have been a later plot with the Scottish Regent Albany in the 1520s that never got off the ground. The prospect of a Yorkist claimant launching an invasion all but evaporated with Richard's death at Pavia. Even if he hadn't died there, Richard was getting on in age (~45) and had no legitimate children to pass his claim to.
You could possibly conjure something up where Mary marries a Pole (IIRC there was some suggestion of Reginald) and if they produce an heir you'd get Clarence's line on the throne. Though that's arguably not a Yorkist revival, given the Pole's were utterly loyal to Mary and never intended to push their own Yorkist claim to the throne.
