Second Civil War

I can't really see it, the rhetoric wasn't heated enough before the 2000 election. Heading into the 2012 election the rhetoric from the Tea Party has been very heated.

The Occupy Wall Streeters have a better chance of starting a revolution than the Tea Partiers do, and even then, it is so far off in ASB land that I can't even fathom it.

A revolution in modern day America is pretty much ASB barring some extreme developments that take place over a period of time (like, for example, if a President declared himself to be dictator and began to institute authoritarian ideals on the populace).

Yeah not going to happen, instead the election goes to congress and bush is sworn in with an even shakier claim to be elected.

At the time, there were some in Congress that talked about installing then Speaker Dennis Hastert as President, if the dispute was not resolved, and there were reports of Hastert hastily assembling a transition team, in case Congress did decide to insert him as president.
