11:00: Carmen Sandiego (2019)
11:30: Warriors

Same old, same old. But the Discovery coup d'etat spells danger for Kids WB's revival.
I imagine The ClueFinders and Bloom County being Fox Kids' answers to Scooby-Doo and Animaniacs respectively.

As for Kids WB!, the next season for them would likely have more shows with a nature focus. One idea that I might see happening is a animated series staring a young Steve Irwin as he explores the Outback with his father Bob.

Going back to Fox Kids, I think Hasbro is going to be a big player in the block's future as they own Power Rangers and Transformers. In fact, the next season would see several shows based on Hasbro properties appearing on the Fox Kids lineup.

I actually wasn't sure what to make of The ClueFinders, only that it's a notable Houghton Mifflin video game property that News Corp now owns. I'd actually call it their answer to Cyberchase, in fact.

But you do have a point on Bloom County being their version of Animaniacs. Granted, the old Fox Kids was where the Animaniacs started out, but I digress.

What's bad about this is your Steve Irwin cartoon might actually happen at the rate WBD is going these days.

That is a common similarity, if anything. My Little Pony, Peppa Pig, Candy Land, the works.

Ah, what the heck. Let's finish strong.

And with that, I close the book on the revival of SatAM. We don't know what's in store for the animation industry, but I've got a feeling next year may not bring as much new shows to the pile. Of course, that may be a good thing for the crew on board.

Great lineup!

Which studio produces SML’s shows based on original properties like Back to Backspace and Splitting Time?

I can’t wait to see what schedules you’ll do for other networks in the future.

Is Games Animation the official animation studio for Nickelodeon, or is it for all of Paramount's animated shows?

Overall, these are great schedules

I see Cartoon Network is trying out a preschool block earlier, I wonder how they got Schoolhouse Rock and the HiT Entertainment shows
ITTL, Turner Broadcasting System merged with Capital Cities/ABC instead of Time Warner in 1996 - forming Atlantic Communications. Schoolhouse Rock was owned by ABC, so naturally it would air there as well.

HiT Entertainment is not owned by Atlantic, but they do in fact have a deal with them for content on ABC and Cartoon Network - the latter has a preschool block called Tickle-U.

Also, Hanna-Barbera survives past 2001.
NBC and CBS are looking good so far

I'm guessing The FW is TTL's versions of Fox Network and The WB judging by the shows they're airing
That’s correct.
I love how Disney has their own broadcast network ITTL!
It’s based off former WB and FOX stations.
ITTL, Disney CEO Michael Eisner green lights the Black Friday version of Toy Story. This ultimately results in his firing, and Jeffery Katzenberg resigning. Frank Wells, who doesn’t die in 1994, takes the reigns and expands the Disney company through the acquisition of various undervalued IP, including Harvey Comics, The Jim Henson Company, Marvel, New World Pictures, international rights to the RKO Radio Pictures library, and local TV stations from around the continental United States.

They use this to launch Buena Vista Broadcasting in 1997.
Xtreme Toons, Mickey's Wacky World, and A Goofy World sounds good, and what is Epmation?
Xtreme Toons - an extreme sports related cartoon
Mickey’s Wacky World - think Ren & Stimpy meets Mickey’s House of Mouse
A Goofy World - a sequel series to A Goofy Movie

Under Frank Wells, Touchstone Pictures and Hollywood Pictures are consolidated into a single, separate film studio called Epcot Pictures. DisneyToon Studios is also renamed to Epmation (Epcot Animation). They are basically the mature film and animation labels of Disney.
Is Games Animation the official animation studio for Nickelodeon, or is it for all of Paramount's animated shows?
For now, yes.
But in 1999, Viacom and MCA merge - forming a new mass media titan called Duality Entertainment. The animation studios are arranged as Duality Animation (IP works), Games Animation (original works for family audiences), and Liquid Studios (original works for mature audiences, as well as anime dubs).
Overall, these are great schedules
Thanks!

"That sounds like a good story about how Buena Vista Broadcasting was created, but the Black Friday version of Toy Story being greenlit doesn't sound good for Pixar"
Xtreme Toons - an extreme sports related cartoon
Mickey’s Wacky World - think Ren & Stimpy meets Mickey’s House of Mouse
A Goofy World - a sequel series to A Goofy Movie
A Ren and Stimpy-like version of Mickey Mouse sounds like a good idea, I'm guessing that replaces Shnookums and Meat as Disney's Ren and Stimpy-esque show ITTL

"Nice-sounding animation studios, I'm guessing Liquid Studios was named after MTV's Liquid Television?"
What shows would you guys watch on my schedule?

Dexter's Laboratory

I see everything here is in order. Atlantic Communications signs a deal with HiT Entertainment which turns out very lucrative, Schoolhouse Rock! expands into its own timeslot, all of the HB shows would chronologically fit in both our timeline and yours, and it looks like DiC Entertainment as a Western cartoon studio has folded into HB, as evident by The Wacky World of Tex Avery being christened with the logo of his frenemies at MGM.

Just one question: Would Randy Savage find cause to sue AC for using his wrestler name on TTL's Johnny Bravo? It's not like that sort of thing hasn't happened before, given Jackie Gleason vs. Fred Flintstone.

10:30 - Toonsylvania (Universal Cartoon Studios)
11:00 - Invasion U.S.A. (Universal Cartoon Studios)
11:30 - The Pink Panther (Nelvana, United Artists Television)
12:00 - All Dogs Go To Heaven: The Series (Nelvana, United Artists Television)
12:30 - NIMH: The Secrets Live On (Nelvana, United Artists Television)
First, given how the only other cartoon Universal could hypothetically have this season is The Spooktacular New Adventures of Casper, I can understand keeping the in-house animation to just one-sixth of the lineup.
Second, the United Artists cartoons sending off the lineup is good. I personally think your NIMH cartoon would have been a better continuation than the direct-to-video sequel.
Third, between the UA collaborations and the more original works from 8:30 until 10:30, I get the feeling whoever owns NBC also owns Nelvana. Maybe even a stake in Cinar, while we're at it.
Fourth, if Caillou had to air somewhere this season, I'm glad it's at the earliest timeslot imaginable. The other educational or semi-educational programs have something to keep kids attentive, anyway.
Columbia Broadcasting System (Eyecandy):
7:00 -
Dragon Ball Z (Toei Animation)
7:30 - Dragon Ball GT (Toei Animation)
8:00 - Jumanji (Adelaide Productions, Columbia-Tristar Television)
8:30 - Extreme Ghostbusters (Adelaide Productions, Columbia-Tristar Television)
9:00 - Men in Black: The Series (Adelaide Productions, Columbia-Tristar Television)
9:30 - Umptee-3 (Adelaide Productions, Columbia-Tristar Television)
10:00 - Beast Wars: Transformers (Mainframe Entertainment)
10:30 - Reboot (Mainframe Entertainment)
11:00 - Goosebumps (Scholastic Productions) (live action)
11:30 - Space Goofs (Gaumont Multimedia)
12:00 - Princess Sissi (CinéGroupe, Saban Entertainment
12:30 - The Magician (Gaumont Multimedia)
Before I go on about the rest of the lineup, I have to ask: How are DBZ and Dragon Ball GT airing at 7 and 7:30? Aren't those a bit too older-skewing for the first hour of the day?
With that said, the rest of the lineup looks sound, with Columbia taking full advantage of their cartoon studio and network to play around in. I also get the feeling they have stakes or partnerships in Mainframe Entertainment and Gaumont Multimedia, given their multiple timeslots in this season. I am surprised Saban Entertainment gave one of its shows to CBS, though.

However, I would have put Umptee-3 and Princess Sissi at the bottom, moved the rest of the shows accordingly upwards, and saved people from the hassle of watching elaborate fight scenes at 7 AM. But that's how I would have put it, not yours.
The FW Television Network (KidxBox):
7:00 -
Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies (Warner Bros. Animation) (reruns)
7:30 - Animaniacs (Warner Bros. Animation, Amblin Entertainment)
8:00 - Pinky and the Brain (Warner Bros. Animation, Amblin Entertainment)
8:30 - Neon Genesis Evangelion (Gainax, 4Kids Entertainment, [REDACTED])
9:00 - The New Batman Adventures (Warner Bros. Animation)
9:30 - Superman: The Animated Series (Warner Bros. Animation)
10:00 - Road Rovers (Warner Bros. Animation)
10:30 - House of Wayne (Warner Bros. Animation, Nelvana)
11:00 - Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Saban Entertainment) (live-action, umbrella series)
11:30 - Bobby's World (Film Roman)
12:00 - Street Smart Rappas (Film Roman)
12:30 - Our Little Genius (Film Roman)
The first year of Kidxbox's existence, and we're starting off strong with Looney Tunes, Animaniacs, and Pinky & the Brain! A triple-header for the ages.

But kicking off the action portion with Evangelion, before we get to Batman and Superman? Are you sure you want them to suffer in the ratings by association? Oh, well. At least the second seasons of Road Rovers and House of Wayne provide even more of a palette cleanser if the DC stuff won't cut it.

As for what remains of Fox Kids here, Power Rangers and Bobby's World are the best examples of what to keep, due to their longevity. And I guess this timeline's C Bear and Jamal could work as a survivor of the merger, thanks to Film Roman's involvement.
Buena Vista Broadcasting (One Saturday Morning):
7:00 -
Bear in the Big Blue House (Jim Henson Television)
7:30 - The Lost Upstairs (Jim Henson Television, Children's Television Workshop)
8:00 - Jim Henson's Safari Adventure (Jim Henson Television)
8:30 - 101 Dalmatians: The Series (Walt Disney Television Animation)
9:00 - Playplace (Walt Disney Television Animation)
9:30 - Pepper Ann (Walt Disney Television Animation)
10:00 - Xtreme Toons (Walt Disney Television Animation)
10:30 - Mickey's Wacky World (Walt Disney Television Animation)
11:00 - A Goofy World (Walt Disney Television Animation)
11:30 - Gargoyles (Epmation)
12:00 - The Incredible Hulk (Marvel Animation)
12:30 - Spider-Man: The Animated Series (Marvel Animation)
Sounds like a good lineup for OSM. You've got Mickey Mouse, Spider-Man, and Jim Henson on opposite ends of the schedule. That in itself is great.

I wonder what The Lost Upstairs, Jim Henson's Safari Adventure, and Playplace are like, though.
United Paramount Network (UPN Kids):
7:00 -
The Busy World of Richard Scary (CINAR, Paramount Television)
7:30 - The Adventures of Paddington Bear (CINAR)
8:00 - Blue's Clues (Games Animation)
8:30 - Gullah Gullah Island (Perez-Minton Productions)
9:00 - The Ren & Stimpy Show (Spümcø, Games Animation)
9:30 - Rugrats (Klasky-Csupo, Games Animation)
10:00 - Hey Arnold! (Snee-Oosh, Games Animation)
10:30 - KaBlam! (Flying Mallet, Games Animation)
11:00 - Zelda: The Animated Series (Nintendo, Games Animation)
11:30 - Star Fox (Nintendo, Games Animation)
12:00 - Super Mario Adventures (Nintendo, Games Animation)
12:30 - Donkey Kong Country (Nintendo, Games Animation)
This is beautiful. You've got your staples with Richard Scarry, Paddington, Blue's Clues, Ren and Stimpy, and Rugrats. But what really threw me in for a loop was the two-hour Nintendo block at the end. That definitely brings UPN's action quota up to par.

Overall, I wouldn't know which network to back the most, as they're all good!
What shows would you guys watch on my schedule?
Cartoon Network on ABC:
-Thomas and Friends
-Schoolhouse Rock!

-Looney Tunes / Merrie Melodies

-The Busy World of Richard Scarry
-The Adventures of Paddington Bear
-Blue's Clues
-Ren and Stimpy
-Rugrats

-Jim Henson's Safari Adventure
-101 Dalmatians: The Series
-Pepper Ann
-Mickey's Wacky World

I guess by the number of shows I'd want to watch, I would practically be glued to UPN Kids. Although One Saturday Morning would be close, while all the others are tied with 6 or 7 shows I would be excited for each week. Yes, each lineup has at least six shows I would want to watch, with a lot of them competing in the same 30-minute slot. That's good counterprogramming.

Are Saturday Morning schedules gonna be a regular thing in your timeline? Or will they only be done sometimes? Either way, they'll still be nice to see

Oh crap, when did they get the rights again? I have got to fix my research issues.

They will be in my TL, but they will not take up the focus of the TL. Don’t expect them until about 1997-ish, as everything before then is similar to or exactly like OTL.

Small rant, but I dislike how a lot of pop culture TLs are just “what if everything I like exists and is super popular, while everything I don’t like is ridden with scandals and they get sent to jail/killed in prison”. My goal in writing my TL is to not only avoid these cliches, but to actually tell a story in the process - the stories of Eric Stefani, John Kricfalusi, and Kurt Cobain.

Ok.

Nice, so, does TTL's equivalent of The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest last longer?

Also, when is Tickle-U launched?

12:30 - NIMH: The Secrets Live On (Nelvana, United Artists Television)
Okay, if they got their own network, then what's up with the Universal cartoons?

Overall, other than NIMH and maybe Stickin' Around and Sam and Max, I wouldn't pay no attention to NBC on SatAM.
Columbia Broadcasting System (Eyecandy):
7:00 -
Dragon Ball Z (Toei Animation)
7:30 - Dragon Ball GT (Toei Animation)

Surprised at the var................

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!DBZ ON CBS!!!!!!

But why at 7AM!!!!?????

Umptee-3 and Princess Sissi would be far more fitting at 7AM.

And why not air a FULL hour of DBZ rather than both installments at the same time?
The FW Television Network (KidxBox):

12:00 - Street Smart Rappas (Film Roman)
12:30 - Our Little Genius (Film Roman)
This is cool, but WHY is Evangelion on that early?

I think action shows work better later in the morning....

And yeah, do you want Batman and Superman to fail?

And why is it...........Oops, nevermind.......

And I'm sure that Road Rovers only lasted a season for a reason.......Hey, that rhymes!
Buena Vista Broadcasting (One Saturday Morning):

11:30 - Gargoyles (Epmation)
12:00 - The Incredible Hulk (Marvel Animation)
12:30 - Spider-Man: The Animated Series (Marvel Animation)
Cool, but are The Lost Upstairs, Safari Adventure and Playplace about?

And why is the action cartoons on so late?

And I'm surprised to see an Epmation show on SatAM.

12:30 - Donkey Kong Country (Nintendo, Games Animation)
Cool. And I'm REALLY digging those last two hours!
That literally took 4 hours to make.
Wow................

It must took some real dedication.

That’s correct.

Cool.
Xtreme Toons - an extreme sports related cartoon
Mickey’s Wacky World - think Ren & Stimpy meets Mickey’s House of Mouse
A Goofy World - a sequel series to A Goofy Movie
Those sound interesting.
Under Frank Wells, Touchstone Pictures and Hollywood Pictures are consolidated into a single, separate film studio called Epcot Pictures. DisneyToon Studios is also renamed to Epmation (Epcot Animation). They are basically the mature film and animation labels of Disney.

Thanks!
Cool, but f Epcot is the mature part of Disney, then why is Gargoyles on BVB's SatAM block?
Okay.

Cool.
Just one question: Would Randy Savage find cause to sue AC for using his wrestler name on TTL's Johnny Bravo? It's not like that sort of thing hasn't happened before, given Jackie Gleason vs. Fred Flintstone.
What?

Exactly. And they're not gonna be very successful in those slots?

Yep.

Every kid in America and every cartoon fan ITTL finna eat hella good!

Basically, here's what I'd watch:

ABC: The New Adventures of Jonny Quest, Dexter's Lab, Mina and the Count
NBC: Sam and Max
CBS: Dragon Ball Z/GT, Jumanji, Extreme Ghostbusters, Men In Black, Beast Wars: Transformers, Reboot, Goosebumps
The FW: Looney Tunes, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, Evangelion...........Batman, Superman, Power Rangers
BVB: Gargoyles, Hulk, Spider-Man
UPN: Ren and Stimpy, Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, KaBLAM!, Zelda, Star Fox, Mario, Donkey Kong

So all in all, I'd watch UPN for my #1 choice, then KidxBox for #2.

You did a beautiful job!

You did good @THEKINGFISH217.
