Saints and Schoolwork: An Anglo-Saxon Story

Is this format and plot okay? I'm having second thoughts about the framing device. "Some people doing a school project" is hardly gripping.

Meh, it's fine. I don't find having a school project as the setup for historical exposition or context jarring at all. Do I prefer it to the textbook style? No, but I'm not attached to that style either. I say try it out and see where it leads (although I respectfully disagree about more teen romance; I get that it's bound to happen and can't complain too much, but I had little patience for that when I was a teen, let alone an adult :p).

Stressing over this as it is retelling a lot of stuff in the first attempt and I'm not sure if this adds anything to the world. I may just write a short conclusion to the other TL.

Sorry for the writers Angst.

It's fine, regardless of what you do it's your work.

Do what you think is best, and for me personally I'll probably read anything you do as I loved both versions of this Anglo-Saxon England and so any future endeavors are something to look forward to.

I've been chatting with BrotherSideways. I have a terrible track record for finishing things. So what I'll probably do is write the whole damn thing, then post it here :p so please stand by

And thanks @AvatarOfKhaine :) thats nice of you to say so :) I will definitely finish this sooner or later. Plus I like the worldbuilding I've done post anglo-saxon (basically 9th-21st centuries) but dont want to do as a history because at a certain point after the PoD its just so much worldbuilding and making stuff up and it takes a very good writer to keep that interesting.

Np, from my own efforts at AARs elsewhere and my meagre TL I know how big a deal motivation is and so I try to help give out a little support to get it going a little way.

Besides, while finished TLs add something its also nice to see quality even in small chunks :) .
