Russians Fight On in WWI?

So somehow the Russians are able to fight on for one more year(hell it's even possible that with the Russians still fighting, and presumably doing better against the Germans, the war might end a bit sooner than OTL). What does the Post-War world look like?

I doubt there will be a Poland without the Brest-Litovsk Treaty. What will the peace treaty look like with Russian influence?

and where do they get the reserves from?

the moment the reds came to power they sued for peace.
the only way they keep on fighting is when the reds do not get to power, but considering the state russia was in it would only make the collapse worse

Maybe if the Provisional Government managed things a bit more competently. Apparently they tried instituting democratization into the army which never works and many generals complained about it and advocated going back to actually enforcing discipline to keep the army from collapsing. Also, maybe no Kerensky Offensive.
