Russian succession without the First World War

That's long enough to knock out a few kids. Although I heard once that he had an undescended testicle that might have further reduced his chances to breed. Though I don't know if that was true.

Firstly him has anyway find acceptable wife. And I am not sure if any royal house is very intrested about giving their daughters to guy whom has horrible illness which can pass to next generation. And even if Alexei's testicles are totally fine it doesn't mean that he would get son very soon.

Yeah, 'my son needs some kids before he dies' is probably a hard sell

If there is no First World War in 1914, and no overthrow in 1917, then who might the daughters of Nicholas II marry, and might any of them ascend the throne?

Maybe even into the 1950s when he turns 82. It would have been a different Europe.
Or more or less the same Europe politically as it had been i the 1910s, mostly at least. The biggest difference might be the break-up of Austria-Hungary.

I’m not sure we need to remove the First World War to save the tsar. Instead, we need Russia to win the war.
