Mikhail Gorbachev was famously the first and only Soviet leader born after the October Revolution in 1917. The USSR ended up being a bit of a gerontocracy so the first leader born after WW2 probably wouldn't be a for a while: after all, even France only got its first post-WW2 president in 2007.
