I do... but they're all in Russian. "Повседневная жизнь средневековой Руси накануне конца света: Россия в 1492 году" ("Everyday Life in Medieval Russia at the Eve of World's End: Russia in year 1492") would be especially relevant. (No, I will not lend it. Yes, feel free to ask questions).
Seriously, this: - http://hdl.loc.gov/loc.ndlpcoop/mtfxtx.g340002190a - that's English text of - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ Rerum_Moscoviticarum_Commentarii - may be of some help.
You can probably find 'Russka' by Edward Rutherfurd fairly easily. I'm not saying that's an accurate history of Russia, but maybe he's got references at the back that would be helpful. Good luck, I think this is going to be hard to find.
you can find about 600 maps of Russia and its parts and cities in XVI-XX centuries. Be warned, though: 6x95,4 Mb+64,6 Mb. And part of the archive is taken by articles on Russian mapmaking from "Nauka i Zhizn" periodical - in Russian, and not especially interesting.
