Russia never stated any 'official' war goals, although as posted before a number of gains were promised to it by other treaties/deals. Galicia from A-H and Constantinopole from the Ottomans were certain. Armenia remained a possibility, although no territories were specified, more like it was agreed among the Entente powers than the Christians in eastern Turkey were to find themselves under Russian 'protection'. Also cedeing the Dardanelles was an option. The Tzar did at least twice mention 'unification of Polish lands' though again, no specific territories were mentioned - it might be anything from only Greater Poland to even Oder-Neisse line. East Prussia was uncertain, with some factions in the Tzar's court being willing to annex it, others opposed to it. The fate of A-H was uncertain either - technically nobody ever brought up the necessity of it being broken up, Kerensky even once noted that it wasn't necessary (but not whether it was sought or ought to be prevented - he simply didn't care). As for Germany, the Tzar did mention that after the war 'The German Empire will seize to exist' when the idea of breaking it up was brought to him.
