Russian Constantinople after winning WW1

So, if Tsarist Russia had survived WW1, they were to get Constantinople and the straits. Considering the Tsars claimed to be the 3rd Rome, I'm wondering how likely people think it is that they'd move the capital to Constantinople?

Considering the importance of the Black Sea and the rivers connecting Constantinople to the Russian heartland, it isn't completely moronic. I tend to think that moving the entire infrastructure of government would be more cost than it would be worth though. And, I suspect the Russian populace would prefer the capital in Moscow or Petrograd. Plus, if Turkey is allied with a hostile great power, Constantinople would become much more exposed than Moscow or Petrograd. So in my view it isn't at all likely.

It is maybe in the realm of possibility though.

Anyone think it would have any interesting knock-ons if Russia did move its capital here?

They could claim it as their capital without actually making it their capital. Kind of like West Germany and Berlin.

The Russians already had two capitals, Moscow and St. Petersburg, so adding a third shouldn't be much of an issue. It would go nice with their Third Rome ideology
