Louis XI had Catherine of Foix marry Charles VIII in 1483 after the death of Francis Phoebus in order for Foix and Navarre to be merged with the French crown in order and also to prevent the marriage between the Navarresse heiress and a Montfort who own a large estate in France, Louis and Catherine of Foix immediately had a son after they got married his name is Francis Phoebus, he was born in June 5, 1484, in 1490 Charles VII becomes the King of France and a daughter was born to Charles VIII in November 6, 1490 named Marie a year after the birth of Marie, Catherine of Foix died.
