Roosevelt's Fourth Term

What if Franklin D. Roosevelt hadn't died in 1945 and served out his fourth term? Would he have acted differently from Truman with regards to the Cold War? However Roosevelt would certainly decide to drop the A-Bomb like Truman did so I don't see any significant difference in the end to World War II. But would he have been as strong in opposing communism?

FDR planned to resign no later than a year after the war ended according to many sources. In any case, he was far too ill by that point. You would need ASBs to keep him alive and functioning up to 1/20/49.
