Ron Paul, American President

I found this 4-minute video a while back
its the daily shows Jon Stewart back in the 2012 race talking about how the media refused to cover Ron Paul I highly recommend people check it out because based on this story it looks like if the media (and I do mean media, if you look at the clips it was left and right news stations, Fox News and CNN included, its kind of jaw-dropping he may have got it worse then burnie sanders) did not do him so dirty he had a real shot of winning

I never thought of it that way but I suppose yes if we are not talking about policy but the phenomenon surrounding trump to Ron Paul like the way media can influence elections for less active votes because I imagine people who did not watch the debates (most people with presidential primaries sadly) did not get a good picture of Ron his policies or the energy he can project when he got passionate which is captured when he's talking about ending needless wars in that 4 minute video, this kind of stuff helps build authenticity in a candidate and when projected like he does shows he cares about the issues and don't just support them because they will help him get elected. I assume there is a market for that amongst who might otherwise have minor to moderate ideological differences with him based on how many Republicans seemed to vote for trump on the basis that he was authentic alone and while Ron is not a populist I think he can channel something close to that kind of appel energy (see his speech in the video for example) but that were the comparisons stop because as I said earlier they were vary different Ideologically (example I found online trump is labeled TRU and the Republicans are GOP, Sadly I don't have one that has both Trump and Ron Paul on the same sheet but I hope this will suffice

As to the effects of his presidency, since we are on the topic I think it's likely this butterflies the trumps presidency without a democratic administration in office during the 2016 election.
