Risk?

So I had a nostalgia attack today and I remembered a PC risk game from my childhood (mid 90's?). It was based on Napoleonic times and instead of rolling like risk you had tactics cards you had to choose from (flank right, echelon, defend flanks while mounting a frontal assault). Does anyone know what the name of the game was?

Also speaking of Risk does anyone remember Ancient Empires Lux? I taught the basics empires at a day camp with it once, although I would've preferred that they went more in depth.

I still play mine on my Vista machine. My Master of Orion II plays on my Win 7 with a program called DOS Box, You might try it on Risk if you know a bit about programing. If however you do have Vista you should be able to get it to work by setting compatability to Win 95. If you are able to play but have the screen seem to be reversed I find hitting the windows button on the keyboard then reloading the game from the Taskbar takes care of it.
