Richard III of England

WI: He had pre-deceased his brother Edward IV, or died not long after him. Suppose he was the victim of a conspiracy by the Woodvilles, who realize early on that he (Richard) is a serious threat to their powre.

If Richard dies prior to his brother then Edward V succeeds as per our timeline and the Yorkist dynasty continues. Until Edward IV's death the relationship between the Queen and her family and Richard of Gloucester was not a problem. In fact they seemed to have got on fine.
