Ok, I am founding this thread because one concrete question, however, at least when solved, I would be glad if will be serving for anyone and anything regarding Confederation of Rhine and german countries during Napoleonic wars (or in some kind of "1st empire survive" scenario...)
And now for my question. What would be the best capital for kingdom of Westphalia under Jerome Bonaparte?
Lets say, that kingdom gained actual Westphalia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duchy_of_Westphalia) from grand duchy of Hesse (and that mean, that g. d. Louis has received former Hesse landgraviate, with city of Kassel, as compensation.)
"My" Westphalia includes, besides W. duchy, Berg, Hanover and most of 1803 prussian territories west of Elbe (excluding Magdeburg and other terr. belonging to Magdeburg archbishopric).
