Reza Shah Pahlavi was a admirer of Attaturk, so the POD is that he modernized Iran more thoroughly than in OTL following even closer than Attaturk did in Turkey. In particular establishing a strong military which would be loyal to the monarchy and it's vision of what Iran should be, also there would be state control over the Shia clergy. Also Reza Shah Pahlavi would implement land reforms which benefited the peasantry.

There is little doubt that his son Mohammad Reza Pahlavi would be continued these reforms. Iran would be a constitutional monarchy, however the Shah would have significant powers. Would such a setup prevent the Iranian Revolution of 1979 from occurring in the first place?
