Certain Changes

On 1311, Henry III, the Duke of Glogow was also made a hereditary vassal of the King of Poland, seeing that Casimir III was fresh from the war against Brandenburg.
On 1312, seeing that the Duchy of Opole Raciborz is divided and hostile to the Crown of Poland, Casimir III seen the oportunity to annex parts of it and vassalize the Dukes of Opole-Raciborz and due to this a war was started between Opole-Raciborz and the Kingdom of Poland, Casimir III wants to annex Bytom, Cieszyn and Siewierz giving the Royal demesne of Poland a direct border with Bohemia, the Polish troops of Casimir III annexed the areas he wanted to annex which is the area of Bytom, Cieszyn and Siewerz and due to that the areas of the Duchy of Opole that were left behind were partitioned by Casimir III between the rulers of Opole-Raciborz leaving behind the Duchy of Opole-Raciborz completely fragmented creating the duchies of Olesno, Kozle, Opole and Raciborz and they become the vassals of Poland as stated on the treaty made by Casimir III.
