Revolutionary Privitization of an Economy

We've all seen socialists and communists forcefully nationalize an economy. Could a revolutionary libertarian/anarcho-capitalist junta forcefully privatize an economy?

Some might argue that that was the case in post-Soviet Russia (although true Libertarians or Anarcho-Capitalists wouldn't allow for the preservation of monopolies), but I would say the answer is no. Libertarians tend to be the quiet intellectual type, and I've met only one person who described himself as an "anarcho-capitalist," and he was quite clearly mentally ill, describing (at length) the manifold benefits of a "market army" (you pay a subscription to be protected, in the most efficient, market-driven manner possible), and maintaining that anarcho-capitalism has led to Somalia reaching near first-world levels of prosperity.
