Is the name of a new SF-themed JJ Abrams series on NBC. Based on an oddly SM Sterlingesque premise...The US is in chaos 15 years after "electricity" (and maybe other things) suddenly stopped working. People run around with bows and arrows in a post-apocalypic world. Can't he sue NBC for copyright infringement? Hopefully at least they don't all become witches. I'm curious how it goes over on this site.

If he sued NBC for that, then the descendents of Barjavel could sue both NBC and Stirling for having used "Ravage" premise.
