Was there any way to see a United States that was the same kind of "neutral" as OTL, but favored the Axis powers over the Allies? Giving the Axis Lend-Lease and what not?

Without turning America into a Fascist nation? At least not at first if you feel it absolutely must happen.

Would all the Axis nations see TTL's LL? Or would it be focused on Italy and Germany, with Japan being excluded?

How would the Allies respond to an America that isn't officially a belligerent but is giving the Axis such a large amount of material support? Would Britain continue to fight on if it was clear America preferred the Germans?

Could we see the Allies become desperate enough to go completely insane and try to "punish" America, forcing them into the war? Or would the Allies just grin and bare it?

Dunno if you'd see volunteers . . . But assuming the Axis wins how does America develop? Can it stay a democracy or might we see a gradual shift into fascism?

How would our culture change when we're friendly to a victorious Axis? Race relations and the like?

Assuming they're actually drawn into this WW2, would they try to annex anyone (not including Canada which I think they'd try to grab) or would they be content with installing puppet regimes?

And just for the hell of it, again only assuming someone is dumb enough to force America into being an Axis ally . . . in the aftermath of the war is it possible for America to sell the Phillipines to Japan to strengthen relations with them? (Though I guess this assumes them not giving a damn about the Phillipines since they might have gained Canada, more of the Carribean, and a few of the Pacific Islands that are closer to America.)

I haven't really asked question about a non-belligerent Axis favoring America in an Axis loses timeline . . . because I figure that would just see a really strong Soviet Union and an america forced to know the true meaning of isolation.
