A few things. There was the Carinthian Plebiscite, though that ended with the area sticking with Austria. And of course the stuff with Burgenland, which had officially been Hungarian for over one thousand years at that point. That second one happened in 1921.

To be fair, treaties already assigned it to Austria in 1919. The only real difference was Sopron.Burgenland was 1921? My mistake.
In other words, nothing that would be visible on a map large enough to include most of Central Europe...
