Looks like a few editing errors though since Rumania is cut off by the river.

This looks like Centennia, but I know it isn't the version I have. Maybe it's an old version.

Well, the Banat of Craiova was a part or A-H from 1718 to 1739, so the map maker has at least some education, he only missed the correct date by less than 150 years.

Have you not seen Croatia and Transylvania?

Considering how hard it is to tell rivers from borders on that map as I said earlier it looks like editing errors - these include miscolouring of what is AH. The labels themselves are in the correct areas.
Compare it to the map I posted and you can see where they went wrong.
