Results of a solid, but not decisive, German victory at Jutland?

POD: Beatty fails to escape when he was lured into the main body of the HSF - when he orders his fleet to turn about, the lead ship is disabled and the Germans close the distance before the battlecruisers can escape. As a result, Beatty's fleet is lost; the battlecruisers are either sunk or crippled beyond repair. Butterflies cost the British an extra dozen or so destroyers and proportionate other smaller ships in the ensuing battle(s), but the dreadnoughts suffer only superficial damage, and no other battleships are lost - at most a few require significant repairs.

The High Seas Fleet suffers roughly OTL damage.

This is a clear victory for the HSF, but not enough to change the balance of naval power; they're still weaker than the Grand Fleet. Having accomplished exactly what they desired by catching a fraction of the Grand Fleet out and crushing it, do the Germans sail out again? How does the British public respond to the Royal Navy coming out a clear second in a two-man fight?

British morale will suffer a blow, but not the kind that will cause anti-war protests. The real change is on the German side. IOTL, the Kaiser kept his precious battleships in port after the Battle of Jutland, but with such a significant success German Admirals could probably convince him to allow a more aggressive strategy. Whether that produces success depends on competence, strategies, tactics and plain old luck.

All 4 Admirals are Rushed into production and the QEs are husbanded more carefully

The British apply lessons learned being on the losing side this time - principly the use of assets like Room 40 and making real time use of such intelligences and more robust fleet signalling

The Germans finally having their tactic of suckering in an isolated squadron or 2 and actually destroying it, persist with this tactic and try their luck at least one more time and like previous failed attempts likely get spanked at a later date and continue to arrest fishermen and anyone odd looking around the naval bases as they were convinced the British had spies everywhere.

The British took delivery of the 2 R class BC and Glorious and Corageous before 1916 was out, these ships will be the core of the rebuilt heavy scouting arm of the GF.

The HSF went to sea again in August, this time with assisting uboats commanded from the HSF itself rather than from the shore.

All in all I think maybe the Germans will be a bit more daring in August and the British a bit more prudent, but not much will change.
