Okay, works as forming around a greater Hawai'i. Just means Hawaii changed its canton to what I'm calling a "Polynesian star" on blue, then added more stars when forming the Confederation. The canton then is the Confederal flag with the members using it in canton on their own.

Blue for water, green for the climate and tropical stuff, yellow for sand and the golden potential that it has, white for unity and star because constellation.

Can someone please make this decent lol? It's for a united, socialist Bengal. The white splodge in the middle is supposed to be a lotus flower rising out of the waves in front of the saffron disk of the sun (representing Bengal's history). The red sky is for socialism. I'd like two versions if that's not too much trouble--one with a small red star in the middle of the lotus and one without. Thanks a lot
