Request Maps/Flags Here

Hola people, I was hoping someone could make a flag for me.

The base should be the Empire of China Five Races flag, but in the middle where the cross intersects can there be a Chinese symbol(s) for China? I was thinking "中國" for "Zhongguo", but if there are any better suggestions then please tell me.

It's supposed to be a flag for a China that overthrew the Qing in the 1840s (earlier Chinese nationalism) and established a "Great United Empire of China" or something like that.

If you all have better ideas then please tell me!

Thank you!

A Logo Request:
Essentially an equilateral triangle with inwardly curved edges that terminates in crosses (ideally made of triangles too) at the points

Does anyone else agree that in pretty much any scenario where the US becomes fascist, it would most likely keep its current flag? Because when you Google search "fascist America" flag, a lot of the results are pretty stupid.

In fairness, Googling anything related to US politics is bound to yield pretty stupid results.

I guess it depend how it happen. If the fascism is a case of creeping normalcy such as a president slowly concentrating his power and curtailing civil liberty, yes, more then likely the flag would be the same. If on the other hand it was something sudden (invasion, openly fascist party takeover, etc...), you could probably justify it in some way. It could be as simple as the new regime justifying the adoption of a different canton with something that boils down to "continuously adding stars would simply make it confusing so we'll put something there that represent our new orientation".

That being said, the problem with some design is that they don't seem to follow US habits: putting a swastika in canton would just look weird since its not part of its visual language but a simple white eagle could work.

Well it's for a timeline I'm writing where fascism rises in America due to a combination of multiple factors. Basically the premise is that Abraham Lincoln becomes convinced of nativism in the 1840s and also develops a revanchist hatred for Southerners, which leads to him having a near-fanatical devotion to the Union. During the chaos of an alternate Civil War (which isn't a proper civil war but more of a series of terrorist attacks carried out by the Knights of the Golden Circle), Lincoln begins curtailing some political freedoms. He then raises a Union army, which like OTL, happens to be the largest standing army in the world With this powerful tool at his disposal, he, William Seward, General Grant, and General Sherman conspire to overthrow the US government. Lincoln is set up as dictator, and after delivering a resounding victory against the Southerners (along with their Indian and French allies), Lincoln's dictatorship is justified in the eyes of the people, and he legitimizes it through a new constitution and political party, thus creating an official fascist government. Stephen A. Douglas, George McClellan, and Robert E. Lee are killed in political purges. Lincoln rules until his death in the 1890s and I haven't really thought through what happens next.

Anyways, I was thinking that this new fascist America would probably keep the same flag (as the US still remains a federal republic).

ultimataly it goes down to what you, as the author, want to do. The reason why so many people create new flags for entities even if none is truly warranted is that it help to convey the message of "something's not right". In the scenario you describe for example, it would make perfect sense for the new regime to keep using the same flag if they presented themselves as the continuation of the previous government, no matter how different things might be. The French State (Vichy France) kept using the Tricolore despite being pretty far from the republican ideals that created it.

On the other hand, the new regime is creating an "even better union" with a new constitution so a new flag would not be amiss. It wouldn't need to be a flag stamped with the logo of the regime but simply represent the new orientation of the country as a whole: a civic crown is added around the stars in a circle to represent the "victory of the people over its enemies", the 13 stripes are replaced with a plain red field to represent blood shed and the abrogation of differences between original and later states, etc....

Interesting concept, although I will note that having an actual fascist dictatorship in the 1800s wouldn't happen, but a nationalistic/nativistic and authoritarian state could emerge. My point is simply one of semantics, not of your TL's content.

Hi guys, i'm requesting a map for a semi-balkanized China:
-An independent Tibet golding about as much territory as the modern OTL region of Tibet in the PRC
-A socialist Chinese state holding Xinjiang, Gansu, Sichuan, northern Qinghai, Shaanxi, Western Inner Mongolia and Ningxia
-A Manchu-Mongolian state holding Tuva, all of Outer Mongolia, Eastern Inner Mongolia, the Shandong Peninsula, the Hebei Capital District with Beijing, all of Manchuria, Outer Manchuria or Primorsky, and the OTL Jewish Autonomous Oblast of Russia
-A nationalist Chinese state holding pretty much all of the rest
Thanks in advance.

Can I get a flag of an independent Republic of Los Angeles? Southern California and Most of West Mexico. 2 billion people. Chinese, Spanish, and English influence. No words on the flag please, but it should have 10 stars.
Thanks in advance
